Ingredients:
• 1 C Flour
• 1 tsp Baking Powder
• 2 T Raw Sugar
• ½ tsp salt
• ⅓ C Hemp Butter
• ⅓ C Maple Syrup (or Golden Syrup)

• 3 T Oil

Pre-heat oven to 175 degrees celsius. Mix flour, baking powder, raw sugar and salt together. In a separate bowl, combine Hemp Butter, vanilla extract and oil together and stir into dry ingredients. Roll into balls using a tablespoon at a time, and place on a tray lined with baking paper. Sprinkle with raw sugar and bake for approx 9 minutes. Pour yourself a cuppa and enjoy!

Ingredients
• Cauliflower
• Pumpkin
• Kumara
• Any other seasonal root vegetables
• Baby Spinach

Add olive oil and a sprinkle of salt and roast at 180 degrees celsius until tender and slightly browned. Place dressing ingredients in a bowl and whisk. Add baby spinach to cooked veges and stir through your freshly made decadent Sweet-Hemp-Hearts dressing. Enjoy warm.
